We’re excited to introduce Terhi Vesa, who has joined Teampac as our new Project Manager.
Terhi first worked at Teampac for a few years in product development, formulating products and supporting customers with safety and regulatory questions. After her first period at Teampac, she gained additional experience elsewhere, drawing on her scientific background and earlier work in a toxicology research laboratory.
With more than seven years of product development experience, Terhi now oversees full project lifecycles at Teampac – from planning and scheduling to coordination and execution. Her background in formulation, product safety, and regulation brings valuable insight to managing complex customer projects.
What inspires her most is the variety: new projects, new product types, and the continuous opportunity to learn. She describes the Teampac team as skilled, supportive, and positive, with everyone contributing their own strengths to a collaborative work environment.
Outside of work, Terhi enjoys staying active at the gym and going for long walks. She also enjoys hiking in nature, whether on local trails with her family or on extended trips with friends. Lapland is a particular favourite for its sense of peace and wide-open landscapes.
As an intriguing fact, Terhi is also trained in wellness and nutrition coaching – and has a passion for wholesome, nourishing food.
