Proud to introduce Sinna Hämäläinen, our Quality Manager!

With a strong background in production and assembly, Sinna brings a rare, hands-on understanding of the full manufacturing process.

Sinna’s journey at Teampac began in 2020, and it’s a story of continuous growth and opportunity. She started out working both as an operator and as a production technician. This hands-on experience gave her a solid understanding of Teampac’s production processes – knowledge that now supports her in her new role.

During her studies in Industrial Management at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Sinna continued working with us during summers and whenever her schedule allowed. In autumn 2024, she stepped into the role of Quality & Project Engineer. She started in her new role as Quality Manager in early October 2025 and officially graduated later that month.

Sinna is responsible for overseeing and developing Teampac’s entire quality management system. Her work spans validations, risk management, audits, handling deviations, and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. With her strong background in production and assembly, she brings a rare, hands-on understanding of the full manufacturing process.

When asked to describe Teampac’s work culture, Sinna doesn’t hesitate: “I have a fantastic team! Skilled, fun, and always ready to help. Even when it’s busy, we enjoy working together.”

Outside of work, Sinna loves staying active – though her hobbies change with the seasons. As soon as there’s snow, she heads for the slopes.

Fun fact: Sinna enjoys getting creative with 3D modeling and printing. She loves designing and making practical everyday items – combining functionality with a touch of playfulness.
