Whistleblowing Channel
Report misconduct safely and confidentially through our independent whistleblowing channel.
At Teampac, we want to ensure that our operations are ethical, responsible, and transparent. If you notice any misconduct, illegal activity, unethical behavior, or a breach of our Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it through our Whistleblowing Channel.
Our reporting channel is provided by Huma HR, an independent third party. The service allows you to share your concerns confidentially and, if you choose, completely anonymously. Reports can be submitted in multiple languages, and all suspected violations will be reviewed carefully and in confidence.
How to make a Report
You can submit a report directly through Huma HR’s online service. When doing so, please include all relevant information to help us review the case thoroughly.
- You may report anonymously or include your contact details.
- All reports are handled with strict confidentiality.
After submitting your report, you will receive a case ID. Please save this number – it allows you to log back into the system, follow the progress, and see any responses or questions from Teampac.
We follow the EU Whistleblowing Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937) and will acknowledge your report within 7 days.
