With experience in quality assurance and a passion for systematic, detail-oriented work, Alisa is excited to bring new perspectives to our team, where her responsibilities include validation projects, documentation and quality management development.
What particularly attracted Alisa to Teampac was its interesting combination of industries, bringing together products such as cosmetics and healthcare products. The role itself also caught her attention, offering a balance of familiar responsibilities and new challenges that would allow her to learn and grow.
During the recruitment process, Alisa already got a sense of a workplace that values family and a positive working atmosphere. Finding a team where people support one another and work towards shared goals was important to her – and Teampac felt welcoming even before her first day.
In her work, Alisa is excited about the opportunity to bring her previous experience to Teampac and develop validation practices together with the team. Systematic thinking and precision come naturally to her, making them valuable strengths in quality management.
